Where are you located and what are your hours?

We are located at 2008 Dover Rd., Suite 2, Epsom, NH 03234. We are open Monday-Thursday from 5:30am to 8:00pm, Friday from 5:30am to 7:30pm, and Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00am. See our schedule of classes for more information.

What should I expect during my first visit?

We will sit down in a relaxed, comfortable setting to thoroughly discuss your fitness history, physical concerns, and future goals to create a customized roadmap for your success.
